Dr Greger’s book How Not To Die is life changing. So much incredible information that’s so important for everyday life as well as preventative disease knowledge. So excited he’s now doing this podcast too.

After having gone vegan three years ago, I am still learning new things all the time. I love these podcasts because they teach me things I wouldn't have even thought to research on my own. One can never know enough about the benefits of a plant based diet. :)Read full review »
