Description
I have been endlessly fascinated by the subconscious mind ever since I learned that it accounts for about 90 to 95%  our thoughts, beliefs and actions and that most of us live blissfully unaware of how its impacting our daily lives.   Until that is we set a goal or try to accomplish something out of the ordinary and find ourselves struggling because of the limiting beliefs  in our subconscious are holding us back.    Todays guest is Krishna Avalon who is a Dr of Oriental Medicine, a Healer, a Breath-work coach and a subconscious transformation expert. Her work is   all about connecting to our own brilliance by helping us to erase and rewire limiting beliefs by working with our subconscious mind.. She shares why our subconscious is so powerful, how it impacts our day to day life and how we can work with it to release stored trauma and self-sabotaging beliefs, to feel empowered to create the life you want.    Learning about the subconscious mind has had a huge impact on my life. If you find your self stuck or struggling to reach a goal in your life you will want to listen to this one.    Krishna is a licensed acupuncturist, certified holistic health coach, psych-k facilitator, pranayama breath-work guide, and somatic practitioner who has guided over 24k patients and clients to their health and wellness goals for the last 18 yrs.
