Kind, Intelligent and Just What I Needed
I am a man with an anxious attachment style who has a wife who is very much avoidant. When I found out about this challenging dynamic I searched online for a podcast on it and found Stephanie and I am SO grateful that I did. I have been binge-listening to her podcast and soaking up the insights like a sponge. What once seemed complex, heavy and insurmountable about our dynamic now seems understandable and I have hope that we can help each other heal and grow stronger together. Her free Masterclass was great too! Thank you for your generous and valuable work Stephanie!
