I ‘like’ it
The idea is a good one, because mental health is important to talk about, but Frankie and other guests need to stop saying like. It is taking it on the chin, not ‘like taking it on the chin’. Is ‘like taking it on the chin’ different to actually taking it on the chin, then? Enlighten me. If you know what to eat, you know what to eat, not ‘like knowing what to eat.’ Again, is ‘like knowing’ or ‘like crashing down’ separate from actual knowing or crashing?

Such a lovely podcast to listen to. Easy listening & excellent point to listen to & think about if you struggle with general anxieties. Episode with Michelle Elman is life changing
