At first it got me sober curious by listening to Shaz wang on about the joys of sober life added by following Ben’s journey of becoming accidentally sober. There is a great variety of sober guests sharing their experiences and advice. Moving stories are shared supported by Shaz and Ben with a gentle, positive approach. I laugh and I cry but most importantly it continues to inspire me to keep going in my sober life.”

“As the episodes go on the hosts get more smug and judgemental (Ben feels a lot more balanced - more from him please!) I’m alcohol free myself but feel it’s quite dangerous to dismiss moderation and other ways to cut back on booze. Bit blinkered in its approach.”
