Jonathan does an excellent job of providing an introduction of himself, his movement education/background, and an overview of his vision for this podcast. I’ve been fortunate to be working with Jonathan for just over a year now. I can say with confidence that he stands out to me as an incredible coach & mentor with a unique approach to reclaiming connection with the body & ability to move better. Jonathan goes beyond the average approach of focusing solely on the physical and makes the clear the importance of mindset in being able to move well. He states rather clearly that his intention is to understand how he can make each of these podcast useful for you, the listener. Definitely give this one a listen & with an open mind to the subject material you’re sure to benefit your body & overall well-being in a variety of ways.
