This episode spoke to me in so many ways and have very similar issues. Went GF about 6 years ago and it has helped tremendously but still have some work to do. Amanda is the real deal!
Love this podcast because of Amanda’s genuine perspective and relatability. The diary episodes are my favorite because of how she relays the everyday stuff that we all deal with. She stands out as a podcast host in that way for me and hope the podcast continues!
