Paradigm shift!
There is a reason Marc David is renowned in his field and why he is so sought after by those who yearn to shift their eating habits, weight, body image, etc. In this podcast, Marc and Emily seamlessly integrate the psychological, spiritual, physical, and dietary components that contribute to each person's unique journey with food. The format of this podcast is so refreshing! In the longer episodes Marc offers to his listeners actual therapeutic sessions with real clients. It's impactful for those who are looking to understand and heal their own relationship with food as well as for those wanting to become coaches themselves. You really get a feel for how a session is conducted and the beauty of the intuitive process. As an aspiring IPE coach, this can be really beneficial in learning what to look for, what questions to ask, and how to connect the dots. In his sessions Marc so beautifully cuts through to the core issues of an individual's struggle with food, weight, and body image. His questions are so sharp and his ability to tie it all together is incredible! And Emily Rosen's episodes are perfect! She takes an Eating Psychology concept and breaks it down so the listener can gain insight and a better understanding of how it plays a role in your own food challenges. I love the synergy between Marc and Emily's episodes. This podcast is so exciting because it offers a complete paradigm shift in how we view food and our relationship to it. I think one of the most compelling gifts Marc offers is the idea that there are reasons behind everything we do. And when we can understand those reasons a little better, we can offer love, compassion, and forgiveness to those parts of ourselves that we so often fight against. I am so glad this podcast now exists!Read full review »
