“I’m so glad that Psychology of Eating has started a podcast!
Too often, we only look at the mechanics of eating properly, all the while ignoring the most important mechanism in the eating process: the brain. Marc David and Emily Rosen take a refreshingly different approach to proper dietary habits by addressing WHY we eat, not just what we eat.
The first episode (I’ve subscribed and am going to listen to the second next) sets the series off to a good start. It’s easy to listen to (and honestly, the subject was slightly titaliting as well… I’m guessing that the words and phrases chosen and used in this broadcast intended to do so). My only constructive criticism is that this “unscripted” podcast’s first episode sounded like it was read. However, it IS the first episode, and honestly, all the information is intelligent, useful, and perhaps best delivered if prepared ahead of time, as it seemed to be.
