I cried during the first episode I listened to
The first time I listened to one of Marc’s podcasts he was talking with a man and tied in his dietary challenges with the dynamic he had with his father. As a listener in that interview, I felt seen and literally was tearing up in the middle of an airport. This podcast and Marc’s course are amazing and has impacted my relationship with food, body, and myself more than anything I’ve ever come across.
