Informative and well-structured podcast
I got to know about this podcast through Gretchen Rubin's Happier and have been listening to it ever since. I love that the podcast deals with such sensitive and hard to manage HR issues in such a candid and informative way. The podcast is well-structured, starting with easy-to-understand stories to drive home the point, followed bythe points to be learned, and ending with a list of 3 or so actionable items. This podcast had been immensely helpful to me, not just in a work context, but also in an interpersonal context (who doesn't need to give criticisms to a Friend? Or a kid?) I look forward to every single episode and would highly recommend this podcast to everyone who wants to functional better in the workplace and be a better boss.Read full review »
