Great introductory material
These videos are great for learning very specific material about Ruby on Rails. They are short and thorough in their explanations. Although I have been using Ruby on Rails for almost a year, I still picked up a few interesting bits about RoR and Textmate. Beginners and intermediate RoR users will find these videos to be excellent resources for learning. Keep up the great work Ryan!

I would reccomend these to anybody, new to rails or not. I was having real trouble understanding table relationships in databases, but after one quick, concise 30 minute session, I was up and running with my app just the way I had imagined. Do yourself a favour -- watch these tutorials!
