Appreciate the Growth Aspect
I've listened to a lot of Dana's podcasts, and I really appreciate how she dives into topics that are difficult to talk about. I've personally connected to what she's saying so many times! If you are a critical listener, you can hear how her thinking is evolving, and how, like many of us, her opinions and thoughts about topics change over time. We learn about things, we try things, we evaluate, we decide what serves us and what doesn't, keep what we need, and we move on. How real! I find her honesty refreshing, and think her recent revelations about digging deeper to discover the real "why" behind why we do what we do when it comes to diet, nutrition, exercise and our thoughts about ourselves, to be the most helpful thinking I've heard in a long time.Read full review »
