@mx.cilot_fitness loves waking up with Sam’s knowledge early in the morning to not only get my mind right, but start the knowledge drip early so I can hopefully feed that into any client interactions of the day or any follow ups that I might now have a better idea how to coach with the new brain power I’ve been fed! I absolutely love Sam’s podcast. I have been a loyal listener for about a year. I love his scientific and realistic approach to health, fitness and coaching. Sometimes I wish Sam and I were good friends so we could talk about this stuff all the time!
