ABCT Review
I listened to the podcast titled “What to do about Worry with Dr. Robert Leahy”. I think that Dr. Leahy was a great guest speaker with an amazing background and was perfect for this topic. I chose this episode as I feel I’m constantly worrying. What stood out about this podcast is how relatable it is. I feel that everything that was talked about was relatable, and can really help people who often worry more than they should. This also helps with what I want to do with my work, help children. This podcast gives you ways to see different perspectives of worrying and how it could effect everyone differently. I really think this podcast could be useful for anyone struggling with worrying, and can even help as a therapy technique or help calm anxiety or nerves. I definitely recommend this podcast to those who worry and overthink.
