Description
Bob Ryan hosts yoga practitioners of all abilities and ages through creative movement workshops and classes, both online and in group settings.  His personal yoga practice has subtly shape-shifted over the years into something he feels is more authentic to who he is.  He has redesigned yoga classes that encourage participants 50+ to approach movement with a beginner’s mindset; drawing them within arm’s length of autonomous movement that is personal, curious, playful, and sustainable. You'll hear how Bob has crafted his own unique style of teaching yoga, by pulling from other movement modalities and the largely underserved population he’s bringing yoga to. We also delve into the genesis of his motivating slogan ‘age boldly, move fearlessly and explore the ways in which he empowers others to embody the philosophy.
