In the last episode I started to talk to you about a method I’ve coined called Space Time Intention. It’s something I’ve been doing with my clients over the years but never really put it into a term as such. Most of us want more time. We struggle to find time in our days and the years go by with the same struggle of finding time. I see this a lot in my practice. From clients who say they can only do evening sessions through to those that say they can’t wake up earlier, the time they need exists. They just need to look at time differently to the way they have been. We all use time in a way that makes us feel as though we’re being efficient and productive. We also tend to fill time constantly and forget that there are moments in the time we schedule that we can use to make us happy. But in order to do this, we first need to create space. Space to look at our lives as a whole. Space to define what it is we want from our lives. Space to step back and look at where we can create time. In this episode, I’m going to delve deeper into the Space element of my Space Time Intention method and give you some tips so that you can do it for yourself. Instagram Linkedin Website
