I love this new format. Puja has taken the best bits from Self Care 101 podcast and taken the ideas so much further. The minute to pause is brilliant and I use it every time I listen.

I’m so glad I found Puja! I listened to one episode as the title jumped out at me and I’ve been hooked ever since. One of the best self care podcasts I’ve ever listened to. Episodes are relatable and so easy to listen to.

I’ve listened to a few podcasts in the past and truthfully I zone out after 5 minutes. I find them too preachy and boring.
