Obnoxious without being enlightening
As a previous reviewer wrote, Mr. Dunning is more a contrarian in the classic sense than a skeptic. A truly skeptical podcast like the "Skeptic's Guide to the Universe" takes a more balanced approach in skewering urban legends, sloppy thinking and complete falsehood. The Skeptoid podcast reminded me of listening to my cranky old alcoholic uncle rand about his opinions. True skepticism is about fact -- not opinion -- and that, I think, is where Skeptoid fails.Read full review »

You'll be hard pressed to find a better skeptic's podcast. Brian's programs are well researched and eloquently delivered. It's amazing how he is able to provide such thorough-paced and easily digested commentary on his topics in such a small amount of time.Read full review »
