I was skeptical about this but it does get me off to sleep within 15 minutes even when I’ve been tossing and turning. I never get past my shoulders in the body scan episodes 😂

I like the content of what is being said, but it seems to be said very slowly. For me it it makes my anxiety worse for sleep . Shame . Wish you all the best for your podcasts

I couldn’t even get though five minutes of this without turning it off. The narrator talks like a sloth.. pausing... between every... few words., and although I guess it’s supposed to be calming, IT’S NOT! Jason thank you - the podcasts you provide are greatly appreciated. I now sleep much easier and the time it takes to get to sleep is much quicker. In addition I feel the quality of my sleep has improved. Thank you to yourself and Andre !
