It is good but after 15 minutes of listening to it I Got uncomfortable and had to turn it off it is good but I just can’t fall asleep

I've tried yoga nidra, meditation music, progressive muscle relaxation...nothing has been as effective at putting me to sleep than this podcast. Amazing. Highly recommend if you have trouble getting to sleep or relaxing before bed.Read full review »

This guy has a great voice. He is incredibly soothing. I appreciate all the different meditations. He really helps me fall asleep.

I have anxiety attacks at night. This series helps me focus on relaxing and does a really good job of keeping the clutter in my mind to a level where I can fall asleep.
