Dafna has a down to earth manner but provides ACTUAL practical tips. She understands and can provide empathy on PCOS and her podcasts are such a help. They've been a great resource for me and I listen to them with my husband who also wants to learn how to best support me. I've even shared some links to a few friends too. The latest snacking episode has been a huge help! Working from home can lead to a lot of temptation and at least this way I'm eating nutritious yet tasty foods that aren't a salad or a celery stick! Love that the episodes are straight to the point, informative and realistic advice for questions I’ve had. I was sold when she mentioned we don’t have to go gluten-free and dairy-free for pcos (a diet I would not and cannot do for the rest of my life happily lol). Keep up the great work!
