“There are good points about Sound Opinions - particularly its hosts' ability to turn me on to some great music from the past with which I was not familiar. To find new contemporary music, I prefer NPR's All Songs Considered. My main concern about Sound Opinions is Jim's approach to reviews - too much "this song is this" or "this band is that" rather than "I think this song is this" or "I think this song is that."
