“Somehow I stumbled upon this podcast at the perfect time. I feel like every episode I’ve listened to recently has me internally screaming, “Yes!” Having been low carb/keto for a few years now, I can identify with feeling like I’m in a “keto box” and a rut and acknowledge that I am stress/emotional eating (but while staying LC/keto) and going from one extreme of beating myself up about it to being over dismissive of it “just being where I am right now” and allowing it to drag on. The episodes I’ve listened so far are helping me dig out of all of that mess and find other ways to deal with the stress, anxiety, etc. and get back on track with my goals. 🙂”
