“The title for this podcast is so appropriate. Maggie and Ryan show how much your brain tries to solve problems that aren’t really problems and find patterns that don’t always help you. I’m someone who always wants to know the “truth,” but the biggest thing I’ve learned from listening to Maggie is that we have the power to determine what we want to make things mean. Determining what’s a helpful thought vs what’s an unhelpful thought has been a total game changer. These tools are helpful not only for weight loss but for managing your mind across all aspects of life. These guys are doling out amazing bits of knowledge every week.
