Favorite Podcast
I have been listening for months. I listen every week and this podcast has had such an impact on my life, not just my weight loss. I’m no longer experiencing anxiety when I eat food that I love. I take my journey day by day, I plan, I make exceptions from time to time, and I am so much happier. My husband noticed a difference in my mood and asked what helped. When I told him it was a podcast, he was floored. He has begun using some of the same principles. I am low carb and he has recently decided to cut sugar too. He is not dieting, but cutting sugar and planning has made him feel better. We have applied planning to everyday life, including our jobs. The proof is in the pudding— PLANNING WORKS!!! It leads to less anxiety with not only weight loss but life as well.
