Relatable, Authentic & Supportive
I stumbled across Rachel's series when looking for some support, strategy and motivation to do 'Dry July' (Australia). I fit Rachel's brief exactly - fully functioning, happy, successful - but really want to be in more control of my drinking. I haven't had more than three days off drinking for as long as I can remember and probably most of my adult life (now 39 y.o.). Rachel's approach is so relatable and genuine - I literally felt completely understood by a stranger from episode 1! I can highly recommend the series to anyone looking for a unique approach that isn't all about 'drinking is bad' but a non-judgemental and authentic methodology that leaves a lot to reflect on and take on board when taking a break from the booze.Read full review »
