I fit Rachel's brief exactly - fully functioning, happy, successful - but really want to be in more control of my drinking. I haven't had more than three days off drinking for as long as I can remember and probably most of my adult life (now 39 y.o.).
Rachel's approach is so relatable and genuine - I literally felt completely understood by a stranger from episode 1!
