What an incredible resource!
I am on Episode 91 now (started with the first) and I can’t tell you how much this has helped me not only with my relationship with alcohol, but eating, shopping etc. As a trauma survivor, I had struggled with numbing my feelings and intrusive thoughts. Rachel’s approach has been the more helpful than some therapists. I feel very empowered by her approach and I so appreciate this resource.
