The voice of reason
Rachel's podcast is part coaching, part philosophy and part lessons from her own experience. Her approach is non-judgmental and there are no sparkly motivational pieces of self talk to be seen. She's all about perspective and behaviour and how to understand them and shift them. This podcast is a weekly must-listen for me.Read full review »
