Life changing skills
I am so impressed, and pleasantly surprised, about the Think Feel Act way to stop drinking or any behavior that creates an unwanted result in your life. I love her podcasts! I listen in the car and just for educational purposes when i have free time. I've encouraged many people to listen, however, one must have a desire to change something in their lives that's not going well. It's not easy to change, nor do you have too. It's only been 3 months but I feel so empowered by my understanding of my behaviors and the tools and knowledge to help them or just be with my uncomfortable feelings.
