Amazing info!
I’ve only been listening to his podcast for a couple of weeks but I’m already seeing the benefits of Rachel’s approach. I’m not trying to cut out alcohol completely but want to refrain from drinking to soothe my stress or overdoing it to “have fun”. The latter never ends well. I was traveling for a work conference and typically that means I’m drinking the free booze on the plane, at conference receptions and at meals. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have a strong urge to drink and still had a great time at the conference.
