I used to drink a lot, had trouble stopping. I knew I wasn't an alchoholic. I was around lots of them. This podcast sheds light on a different way of looking at choosing to use alcohol to relax and unwind. It also helped me to see why I might have had trouble giving it up for a time, when I wanted to but couldn't seem to figure out how to. Love her voice!Read full review »
