Interesting Advice and Strategies, Straight From the Horse's Mouth (so to Speak)
For me it's like listening to two friends talk about how they manage their ADHD. Since I'm not part of the conversation, I don't feel pressure to try their strategies. As a listener to their conversation, I take from the podcast what I think will work and leave the rest. I listen while driving, which I do a lot, and have downloaded all the episodes because I enjoy it so much! I love how they get distracted and carry on, which, for me, serves as a mental break. The digital episodes are super helpful! When I get bored of an app they've mentioned, they'll mention a new one and I'm back on the pseudoproductivity bandwagon! My only gripe is one about the sound. While in my car the volume is either too loud or too low. It feels like I'm either straining to hear Pete, or I'm being shouted at by Nikki. It's a problem with my stereo, but I think the mental image of Nikki shouting into her microphone at me in particular is funny enough to share ;).Read full review »
