“Tara Brach's book Radical Acceptance changed my life. I went from struggling daily with living in this world to finding a peace within even in "difficult" times. Her book was the beginning of that for me. Then, living in the DC area, I started going to some of IMCW's meetings. Although I continued to practice meditation when I moved to another state, missing the teachings was like losing one of my most important grounding practices. I am so pleased to find that I now have access to Tara's teachings again. I have needed this. She is more than an incredible teacher, she speaks to the heart, mind, body and soul in simple yet profound ways that get at the essence of what it means to be. It feels like coming home.
