“This has been a wake up call for me. I found this podcast by accident as I was looking for something to get my life moving to the next level. It has helped me re think areas of my life, habits, productivity etc that I hadn't thought important but now realist and practice everyday. Tip of the week and the blog posts have been so informative. I love the positive and uplifting delivery and look forward to listening.
