Adam! Love your YouTube series, it has gotten me making many of your delightful recipes for my family. I also enjoyed the more “science-documentary” type videos you posted over the last two years, they have provided a balanced insight into the ‘why’s’ and ‘how’s’ of our food. My question: how did you scrounge up the courage to start your YouTube (and now podcast) series? What were the challenges you faced both personal and technical? And what are you looking forward to doing on your channel and your podcast in the future? Thanks and please keep up the great work!
