I liked the length of this episode. On the other hand it was very structured and didn’t allow the opportunity to ‘just chat’ with the guest, which when done right can make a podcast great. I enjoyed the substance of this episode, especially your opening monologue. My question: are you still on the fence about cast iron? Or has it grown on you?
