Finally someone gets it!
Having ADHD all my life but struggled with so many issues because my brain works differently. I just found this podcast and have enjoyed learning and feeling I’m not as alone as I thought. I was diagnosed early in my life simply because my mom was diligent. In the late 1970’s/early 1980’s ADHD was not a common diagnosis and rarely a diagnosis given to girls. But the only help I got was medication. As an adult I started learning more about behavioral changes and technology that helps me function and be productive. Thank you for your podcast and resource you offer.
