Might be my new favorite
I recently discovered this podcast on a whim when I was searching anxiety relief. Usually, I have to search around and listen to a few episodes before I can decide if I can connect with their content, however, the very first episode that I listened to was surprisingly exactly what I wanted. I love the simplicity of the intro, the speed and clarity of the audio, but most importantly, how she uses her personal life experiences as examples. I’ve found the best results with self improvement from people who have been in the situations they are educating others on. I highly recommend giving this podcast a try if you’re looking to improve your life and mental wellbeing.

This is a breath of fresh air. I literally have decreased my anxiety tonight just by listening to the first 6 episodes. I love the short format as sometimes the longer shows (45-60 min) can get overwhelming and I can’t find time to listen to so many topics! Keep up the great work!
