My pelvic floor does what?!
Dr. Cassell beautifully explains so much of my own anatomy that I was simply unaware of prior to listening to this podcast. I don’t have children of my own yet but hope to someday, and I feel grateful to have some insight into techniques that can help me get through that stage of life. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone wanting to learn more about their body, breathwork, motherhood, and relationships!
