Great podcast. Very relatable.
I found this guy on tiktok and something drew me to him and I wasn’t sure what. Each time his video popped up I was like hmm that’s so relatable. I was walking on the treadmill one morning and decided to check out this podcast and all I can say is Thank You Chris. I wake up every morning and start one of your episodes and walk. A calming voice with topics that put me in a good headspace to stay on track for the rest of the day because when you aren’t seeing results as fast as you want you need to keep pushing and it’s hard. So thank you for keeping me on track.

I have lost 100 pounds over the last year, and I’m that time period I listened to several fitness influencers various media platforms. One thing about Chris’ podcast is that he actually can relate to where I was in my life and it was so helpful. We all can and we all WILL do hard things!!
