Unbelievably helpful and inspiring
I’ve lost nearly 14lbs with the help of Chris’ podcast. I’ve never managed to change my mindset so much before, and if I need a little extra motivation one day, I stick the podcast on whether I’m exercising or doing housework, cooking, whatever. No fad diets, just a simple approach to weight loss. All makes sense when you listen.

Absolutely loving these podcasts - they are actually the first podcasts I’ve listened to where I’ve bothered to listen beyond the first episode. Find myself extending my lunchtime walks to fit more podcasts in. Highly recommend. Informative and entertaining to listen to.
