Listening regularly to these podcasts, ignites and inspires me to eat well, exercise and put health & well being at the forefront of my life - such that the tools I learn are becoming habit, giving more focus and energy for other parts of life. All the information is easily digestible in layman’s terms, with lots of practical tips. And the added bonus is that all my menial tasks (hanging the washing, going for a run) are joyful moments now too! Thanks Rupy! PS.
