I’ve been lectin-free for 4 weeks and stomach aches are gone. I’m hoping other symptoms disappear too. I will give it time.
Question for your podcast, why is miso a compliant food? I found brown rice and soy miso too. Please explain if you could. I’m guessing it’s fermented, so its lectins are missing?
