“Hello following you from Italy. Would like some options for quorn, coco aminos and flours to bake bread from. Very difficult to find some of the stuff you recommend.
I also would appreciate how to vary the food and how to get satisfied. I always feel hungry and have to eat loads of salad and put in cheese and things I probably should avoid to be satisfied. I don’t have weight problems, on the contrary.
Would like to be able to eat bananas or something you feel full from eating. So happy to get some advice.
