Very difficult to listen to
Monotone - and confusing dialogue - where is the correlation to other aspects of life like exercise! - confusing, if you have eating issues as you talk about, are you really the right person to give advise ? You cloud each topic with your experience - as someone who is interested in the topic in a Theraputic sense, Ive never had an eating disorder - I've never also overthought food in the way that this expert clearly does, it would make anyone confused on the topic of food !
