“if you have subscribed for the [paid] print edition, this free podcast doesn't tell anything new. Otherwise, by all means get this podcast, it expresses the views accross the big pond For the print edition subscribers, each issue is automatically available for download with all articles in mp3 format - word by word. I have had a number of other business/finance subscriptions before, but The Economist is my favorite, especially because of the m3 version. Listening time for all articles is between 6 and 10 hours. Bottom line, this free podcast is good (20min), but the entire issue (10 hours) in mp3 is much better to have, unfortunately not available on iTunes”Read full review »
