“I own my own business and work from home so I have been binge listening! I started by just skipping breakfast at first and then pushed it another hour each day😊. I made a commitment this week to do 5 OMAD’s! Just set my timer for day 4!! I feel great and am getting so much more done during the day !! Thank you both🙏😊!
