“I was struggling. Overweight and sick. Major digestive issues. Doctors wanted to prescribe medication. I decided that perhaps there is a way to let my body walk the path to health. I started fasting with the guidance of this podcast. I cut out sugar, carbs, alcohol, and caffeine. (I know, harsh but cold turkey is how I roll). I am down 45 pounds and ALL symptoms have abated. (15 more to go). I have started road biking again as well. Life is better.
