Great stuff, guys. Do you guys pay attention to macros at all? Many fasters are nuts about keto. You guys mention whole foods but not macros. Do you just feel more hungry if you also eat carbs while feeding? Also, how did you lose 50 lbs in 50 days? Multiple 5 day fasts? Would like to know the deets, not that I would do it.
